Shipping policy

We offer insured shipping on all orders at no additional charge, along with a free 1-year warranty. However, as a small family-owned business, we currently ship directly from our manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China, and delivery times typically range between 10–15 days. Replacement parts and accessories ship from our Phoenix, Arizona warehouse.

We rely on third-party couriers including USPS, UPS, and OnTrac. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timing is dependent on the courier.

Because of this structure, returned international shipments often result in significant losses for us, as some returned parcels are discarded or destroyed by logistics partners.

To help manage these costs, the following policy applies:


FAILED DELIVERY DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR

If delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Refused delivery
• Uncollected package
• Missed delivery attempts

We do not issue refunds.

However, we may offer:

• A replacement shipment at our discretion
• Or a return-based resolution subject to a $50 restocking fee

This $50 restocking fee helps offset international shipping, handling, and logistics losses.


DELIVERY FAILURE DUE TO OUR ERROR

If a delivery fails due to our error (incorrect labeling, warehouse mistake, etc.), we will issue either:

• A free replacement
• Or a full refund

Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method.


LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will issue a free replacement immediately under our insured shipping coverage. Refunds will not be issued for lost packages.
